How to Order

Choose your preferred size (examples of sizes above) and submit your order details with the send flowers form! I will be in touch with you to confirm your order via your preferred contact method so keep an eye out.

I typically respond within 24 hours. If you have not heard from me, send me an email or DM. Please note that if you do not confirm your order with me, it will not go ahead.

No arrangement is made the same - I create custom arrangements based off your requested style/colour palette & flower seasonality, rather than flower preferences. If there is something you would like to avoid, let me know.

Delivery & Pick Up

Pick up and delivery is available Thurs-Sun. As all orders are made to order, 3 days minimum notice is required. Days may be blocked out due to event work - I will let you know if there is any conflict. As I am still balancing with part time work and study, limited orders are taken weekly to ensure quality remains! Check my insta bio for the weeks availability - I really appreciate your understanding.

Pick up is free from Castle Hill between 9AM-2PM. Free delivery available for suburbs in the Hills District / Parramatta area. Delivery fee for suburbs outside start from $10. Feel free to contact me prior to sending in your order enquiry for exact delivery fee.

If no one is home the flowers will be left in a safe place. For all deliveries to apartments/businesses, please ensure someone is present to collect it as I cannot leave them in a safe place. Re-deliveries will incur a re-delivery fee.

Payment

Payment is via bank transfer/Paypal if preferred, details will be sent when order is confirmed. Invoice is available upon request. Payment can be made up until 3 days before your order date.

Cancellation

Cancellation less than 48 hours of your order will result in a partial refund of 50%.
